The architecture

Each layer addresses a defined biological function. Together they form the formulation architecture of N°1 Cellular Reserve.
This layer represents the upstream supply side of NAD⁺ metabolism — the coenzyme system through which cells route energy transfer and a range of regulatory processes. It is defined as a biological position within the architecture, not as a named compound.
This layer represents intermediary metabolism: the small molecules that sit between energy production, amino-acid handling and cellular regulation. Its role in the architecture is to acknowledge that metabolic flux, not a single pathway, defines cellular state.
This layer represents electron transport within the mitochondrion — the sequence by which reducing equivalents are passed along the respiratory chain. It is included because mitochondrial function is central to how cells generate and manage energy.
This layer represents the body's own capacity to synthesise glutathione intracellularly. The architectural principle is precursor-side support of an endogenous system rather than reliance on external supply alone.
This layer represents the directly available side of redox regulation, complementing the endogenous layer. Together they reflect the principle that redox balance is maintained by more than one mechanism at once.
This layer represents dietary polyphenols as a class of plant-derived compounds studied in the context of cellular resilience. It is positioned as a distinct architectural layer rather than as an isolated additive.
This layer represents the essential micronutrient cofactors required by core enzymatic pathways, including those with established physiological functions such as normal energy metabolism and cell division. It forms the foundational layer beneath the others.
Ingredient quantities are not published while formulation, stability and regulatory evaluation are ongoing.
The scientific literature provides context for the biological and nutritional relationships considered during the development of N°1.
Findings relating to individual ingredients do not constitute evidence of efficacy for the finished combination. N°1 is currently in development. No clinical efficacy claims are currently made for the final product.
